I have been buying this for years. I take a small amount and turn into a liquid and keep in the fridge for sweetening cold drinks. Hot coffee etc it dissolves easily as a powder. The only monk fruit I have found to be pure and no other additives such as erythritol which can cause gas and bloating. A superior product.

Excellent replacement for sugar
I love this in my coffee. I especially like that it is pure monkfruit without any additive. I can't use other sweeteners. Just 1/16th of a tsp and my 12 oz coffee is good to go!
