Frequently asked question

Except for bread, it takes 1-3 business days to process and ship your items. We use USPS, FedEx, and UPS as our shipping carriers. Shipping time is dictated by the respective carrier. Bread is baked only on Mondays. All orders that include bread are shipped on Tuesdays. Check your order confirmation for the expected delivery date on bread orders.

We accept returns of unopened non-perishable only within 30 days of purchase. For more information, read our Returns & Refunds policy.

You can change your shipping address under My Account > Addresses after you’ve created a Julian Bakery account. If your order hasn’t shipped, you can request a change of shipping address by writing to customerservice@julianbakery.com

Once your order has been fully processed, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. This does not mean it has shipped. If you created a Julian Bakery account, you can view your tracking number under MY ACCOUNT. It takes 1-3 business days for orders to be fully processed.
