First, I'm sure you know that most Monk Fruit contains other ingredients, such as erythritol, which is not generally what we want in our systems. Julian Bakery's Monk Fruit is one of the few who keep it pure. Not only that, but their processing is better. Julian Bakery's Monk Fruit dissolves more easily, is more powdery, and honestly is 4x as sweet for the same tiny amount. I thought I would save money with another brand, but the other brand is more dense, not as fine a powder, packs tighter in a bag for less volume, harder to scoop, doesn't dissolve as well, and even though it's also pure Monk Fruit, the processing isn't nearly the same quality. In the end, I did not save money because I have to use 4x the amount to make my tea as sweet as with Julian Bakery Monk Fruit. Other people are right - only Julian Bakery does Monk Fruit right.

Though, throughout the years the price for this powder had somehow, went up about 100% from the last time I bought it. I have to admit, I don’t like the price but, I don’t regret buying this item. It is the best for me and I just love it. Out of all the sugar substitutes out there, the Monk Fruit powder is my favorite for sweetening anything. As for Julian Bakery, I only buy this from them cause they are quick to send it and I have always been pleased with their service.
