Julian Bakery has the best monk fruit sweetener! I have tried others and there is no comparison.

Though, throughout the years the price for this powder had somehow, went up about 100% from the last time I bought it. I have to admit, I don’t like the price but, I don’t regret buying this item. It is the best for me and I just love it. Out of all the sugar substitutes out there, the Monk Fruit powder is my favorite for sweetening anything. As for Julian Bakery, I only buy this from them cause they are quick to send it and I have always been pleased with their service.

I like how just a tiny bit of this will take out the bitterness of beverages and food. It's hard to know how much to say I used, since it's less than a measurable amount, i.e, 1/8 tsp for example. A knife tip dipped in it is the best I can say. Most of sellers state their monk fruit sweetener is 200% sweeter than sugar. This company says 300%. I put a small amount in a glass bottle in my kitchen, and store the main container away. That way I am not dipping into the main supply each time I use it.
