Pretty much the only gluten free bread that doesn’t make me bloat and doesn’t spike my blood sugar!!!! Ingredients are perfect. In my opinion it best “toasts” in an air fryer!!! I do about 10 minutes at 400/425

The coconut bread is crumbly and fibrous. Good nutritional profile, nonetheless. I have one bread a day to satisfy my bread craving.
