DELICIOUS and SATISFYING!!! Since switching to an 85-90% Paleo Compliant food intake lifestyle, I have noticed VAST improvements in my health and boy was I mis-informed about the gluten-free diet which should be called pseudo-gluten-free because of many sneaked in glutinous ingredients! I started making my own coconut bread but it can be laborious at times with other responsibilities, but now, I am so happy I found this bread through visiting a friend who is on a very strict Paleo food lifestyle and after one bite of this bread, I was hooked and after eating quite a good portion , I noticed that I felt light and energetic and satisfied for hours way into dinner 6 hours later - unlike other 'gluten-free' breads (that are not really gluten free) that have left me feeling heavy, and hungry again only after a couple of hours eating them. This bread is a WINNER on my food staple list. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU - oh, and it is just delicious!!! My whole family is now hooked and I don't have to make my coconut bread all the time, I now have an option, so I am going to buy the multi pack. Yiiipppeeeeee!!!!

The taste is ok, the texture could use some improvement. I find it too dense for my liking. Unfortunately my bread turned moldy in the refrigerator so I took my second loaf out of the freezer to thaw in the refrigerator - hoping that one lasts.

Awful. I ordered three loaves, took 10 days to arrive, tasted like dense sawdust. I threw out all 3 loaves and took the $40+ loss.
