This is a great sugar alternative and no erythritol. Waiting for the liquid to come back in stock. My only concern is whether this is made in China and distributed in the US. It does not say “made” in the US, only “manufactured for”.

Great price compared to competitors, great product and shipping is fast to the UK.
There is no better sweetener this is like caramel, vanilla, treacle tasting. No aftertaste like Stevia. Even if you like Stevia this is like having caramel in your drink. Monk fruit extract is the future.

I’m a fan, but like many others, I would REALLY appreciate a few baking recipes that use Pure Monk as the only sweetener. Maybe start with cupcakes 😉 Thanks for the great product!

Is it processed extract or just powder?
Julian Bakery, Inc. –
It’s just Monk Fruit Extract Powder. No additives.

A wonderful product, and thank you for keeping it pure. But like other fans, would like clearer guidance on how to use it in recipes for baked goods.
