I like Julian Bakery’s Monk Fruit for its purity and being a more trustworthy source. It is just as effective as their top versions at well-sweetening whatever you want to, nicely concentrated to best choose the right amount for a given food or beverage. I think Monk Fruit is not really known to most and gets overlooked, but is THE sweetener out there. It does such a powerful job that it can transform a yogurt’s so-so sweet into desert-level, pastry-shop-tasty sweet, so good I can skip the pie slice and be well satisfied by this lower caloried, healthier desert alternative. It blends well with most every food, not sticking out, compared to some other sweeteners I’ve past tried . Monk Fruit is a staple in my everyday snacking or meals – my go-to sweetener!

I love this sugar substitute. A little bit goes a long way.

  4. Assen

I find this to be great and I love the fact it’s made in the USA!

Fantastic. It is the first sugar substitute that I can tolerate that is actually healthy for you. I wish it was available in granulated form!

Good afternoon, I would like to know, if it’s a 100 % pure since I have problems with erythritol and many brands blend it with monk fruit! I found it because of my stomach issues when I ate it 😔! Thanks for the information !!

Yes, it’s pure monk fruit extract. (One Ingredient….that’s it)

Love that a little bit goes a long way(this little tub is going to last forever!) and that it doesn’t have a strange aftertaste like many other sweeteners. It’s AMAZING that you made this available with no other sweeteners added to it. Thank you!! I’ve used it in coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. I’m experimenting with it in recipes although I find it difficult to get the amount right.
I do wish you included more information on how to substitute this for other sweeteners in recipes as many things I make have very expensive ingredients and experimenting has led to some very, very expensive failures in the kitchen.

This stuff is insanely sweet with no calories and no after taste. Why are the big soft drink and desert industries not involved?

This is very sweet and I think a superb alternative to sugar and sugar-free substitutes. I had my doubts about taste but I put it in my coffee and tea and enjoy the flavor. There is a tiny scoop included in the container and I only need 1/4 scoop, this is going to last a while.

I also like that THIS product is not mixed with any sugar alcohols, just pure monk fruit. Zero carbs!

love this Pure Monk Fruit extract…especially great for baking along with other more healthy alternatives like coconut or almond flour
