Finally I have variety on my low-carb food plan! If you let your imagination go there are dozens of yummy options for open-faced sandwiches. I prefer the Seed Medly, as I found it the most moist, flavorful and good toasted. I’m about to try the sandwich bread, which looks appealing.
PS if you haven’t tried Julien’s crackers, check out their ingredients first, then give them a try – awesome!

FINALLY a bread that I can have that toast so well! Watch out avocados!!

I was so excited to get my bread. I’ve been on the Ketogenic way of eating for 17 months and have not had bread. I was thrilled when I saw an ad for this bread and I ordered 3 loaves. It is so, so, so good and now I can have a sandwich again!! I will use this the rest of my life!! Thank you!!

  4. ShellyHagens

    Love this when toasted!

  5. Jenn (verified owner)

The flavor of this bread is the best grain free bread we have found so far. Needs to be toasted for a long time. We will order again!

  6. Diane Brown

Purchased the almond bread. I am so happy with it when I toast it. Taste great to me!

Are your products in any stores as they are amazing?

  8. ggjen5 (verified owner)

Wow! I’ve never been a fan of bread, and according to all my doctors over the years, that would be no surprise since I’m allergic to wheat and most grains! But, I did so anyway. Now my health will no longer accept the grains whatsoever so I have no choice but to make the change.
Gluten free and “paleo” breads have all been horrid, and I refuse to compromise taste; choosing to do completely without rather than suffer through tasteless cardboard.
But, Lo and Behold, along comes a Facebook ad from Julian Bakery for 3 loaves of (well reviewed) paleo bread and a free shipping offer! So, I ordered! I could not be more thrilled to say that this bread is absolutely delightful in every way and I am so thankful to have found it! Now I can have my bread, and eat it too! Thank you!

Love that they are yeast free!

Bread tastes pretty darn good and it does get crunchy in the toaster. Like the fact that it is a FULL slice of bread as opposed to other brands I have tried that “barely” make can make a sandwich with. My only question to Julian’s is if this bread is considered LOW glycemic?

    • Julian Bakery, Inc.

Yes, it’s considered low glycemic as almost all carbs are from fiber.
