The consistency is great–easy to blend, and it’s delicious as a shake with ice. Good job.

  2. Carol

Are your egg white products usda inspected?

    • Julian Bakery, Inc.

Yes! Our egg whites come from farms in the USA and are USDA Inspected.

  3. Largent

I really enjoy this in the morning with just 8oz of unsweetened coconut milk. There is really no need to “dress it up” because it tastes pretty great on its own. kinda of reminds of vanilla pudding.

  4. Elizabeth Slive

I love that it has no truvia or artificial sweeteners. There’s an unusual, but palatable taste from the monk fruit (it’s sweetener). Can’t beat 25 gms of protein and 110 calories. It’s protein is egg whites. I mix it in my morning coffee, and use it to make a frozen fruit shake every afternoon .
