Straight from the rainforest comes a tropical fruit, Plukenetia volubilis, which produces the sacha inchi seed or the Inca Nut. This superfood is rich in tocopherols, phytosterols, and phenolic compounds, as well as healthy fats.
Tastes similar to sesame or almond oil but with a bit more punch. It’s delicious drizzled on salads, breads, or mixed with other oils such as olive or avocado.
Not recommended for cooking. Refrigerate after opening.
