    I actually don’t mind the taste nice and tart theses bars I use for my breakfast 30 minuets after my keto coffee! They really wok for me ! Since incorporating keto bars and keto shakes into my program the weight and fat loss has kicked up a notch ! I also seem to have more energy and clear minded !     Instaketone bars reminded me of “Space Food Sticks” that I ate in my childhood 1960’s. Taste good, easy to eat, & digests well. The fiber is Great and will keep the bowels moving.I have been able to eat a lot less sugar since I started eating the bars which is a victory for me. I eat the bars for 2 meals, I’m eat a large salad from El Poolo Loco and eat plain yogurt with pomegranates for an evening snack. The instaketone bars have help me lose 10+ lbs so far. I do not snack between meals which is HUGE for me because the Instaketone bars satisfy my appetite, taste is yummy, & I like the nutritious value that Julian Bakery has formulated!!!
