In general, it take 6-10 business days to process and ship your items. We use USPS and UPS as our shipping carrier. Shipping time is dictated by the respective carrier.
We accept returns of unopened non perishable only within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund or accept returns based on taste. For more information, please read our Returns & Refunds policy.
If you’ve created a Julian Bakery account, you can change your shipping address under My Account > Addresses.
Once your order has been processed you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This does not mean it has shipped. If you created a Julian Bakery account, you can view your tracking number under My Account. Your tracking number is the only way you can track shipping progress. It takes 6-10 business days to process and ship your products.

We ship non perishable products internationally to select countries. We do not ship bread internationally.
Orders can be split if you are purchasing bread. Non perishable items may ship sooner. Bread is baked and shipped on the same day for the freshest possible product.
